How to install and run PowerCleaner

You can download your version of PowerCleaner at
http://members.power-cleaner.com/cleaner
To access the download area, you will need your username and password.

1- Enter your username.
2- Enter your password.
3 - Click this box if you wish to save your login information.
4 - Enter the access key exactly as it appears on your screen. This feature requires enabled cookies.
5- Click here to login.

1- Click here to download PowerCleaner.
You will get a pop up
2- Verify that you are downloading the correct file.
3- Click on the save button to save the software to your computer.

1-Select desktop to put the power-cleaner icon on your desktop.
2-Click on Save.
The program executer of PowerCleaner should be on your desktop as seen in the next image:

Double click on it to install by following the easy instructions.

To run PowerCleaner once it is installed, go to start, select programs, and locate PowerCleaner:

PowerCleaner should look like this, click on Start Scan to start checking your computer.

1-Items total: total of items detected based on your search.
2-Items in section: total of items that is the section you selected (history, documents or temp internet files and cookies).
3-Total scanned: total of files and folders that were scanned.
4-Scan Folders: Check to select what files or folders you wish to scan.
5-Scan for: Check to select the items that you want the software to detect.
6-Close: Closes PowerCleaner.
7-Deletes the files that are checked.
8-Stop Scan: Stops the scanning of your computer.
9-Start Scan: Begins scanning your computer.
10- Shows the details of the detected files.
11- Select All: Selects all files detected.
12- Deselect All: Deselects all files detected (you have to manually check the ones you want to remove).
13- History: Shows the files detected in your History only.
14- Temp Internet Files and Cookies: Shows the files detected in your temporary files and cookies only.
15-Documents: Shows the files detected in your Documents only.

** Be careful not to delete important program or system files, or files you want to keep.**
